A MAN has died after being ejected from a car when it slammed into a power pole west of Sydney.
The horrific accident occurred on Mulgoa Road near Mayfair Road in the small village of Mulgoa around 10am.
Emergency services arrived at the scene to find a vehicle wrapped around a telegraph pole.

The driver, a man believed to be aged in his 30s, was ejected from the vehicle on impact.
He suffered life-threatening injuries and sadly could not be saved.
The man, who was the only person travelling in the car, died before he could be taken to hospital.
Police say the driver is yet to be formally identified.
Investigators from the forensic crash unit are probing the cause of the accident.
