A MAN has been knocked unconscious after falling down a flight of stairs on the NSW Central Coast.
The 57-year-old was renovating a house at Terrigal when he fell just after midday on Saturday.
He was knocked unconscious and suffered serious head injuries after tumbling down a dozen stairs.

Three ambulance crews responded to the scene, along with firefighters who assisted in retrieving the patient.
CareFlight’s rapid response rescue helicopter was also dispatched to the scene.
The crew’s specialist doctor and intensive care paramedic assessed and treated the man before loading him into the helicopter, conscious and breathing.
He was then airlifted to the Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
