Man on pushbike hit by car in Southport
A MAN has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Southport.
The man was reportedly riding a pushbike when he was struck on Marine Parade on Saturday morning.
Queensland Ambulance said the rider sustained “soft tissue injuries”.
The man was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
He was transported by ambulance in a stable condition.
