Police are investigating after an armed robbery at a bank in the Hunter Valley this morning.
About 11.15am Friday 27 November 2015, a man armed with a shotgun entered a bank on Kelly Street, Scone, and threatened attendants with the weapon.
He was handed an amount of cash before fleeing the scene. None of the attendants were injured.

He got into a blue vehicle, which was last seen heading west on Kingdon Road.
The man is described as being of a large build, wearing a blue hooded jumper with grey long pants, white joggers, black and grey-coloured camouflage pattern hooded jacket.
He was carrying a green bag and was armed with what is believed to be a shotgun.
Detectives from Hunter Valley Local Area Command are conducting inquiries into the incident and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
