Man raped fiancées 12yo daughter in front of young brother while out on parole

A MAN has horrifically raped his fiancées daughter while out on parole for aggravated assault and burglary.

Shalin Ren Payne, 29, was babysitting the 12-year-old girl at home in Georgia when the sickening incident occurred.

The heavily tattooed convict allegedly chased the youngster through the house, before breaking down a bathroom door where she was hiding.

Payne is then accused of pinning the child to the ground, choking her and raping her as her four-year-old brother watched on.

The childrens mother returned from work and walked in on the sickening assault, finding Payne sitting on top of her daughter.

She grabbed a glass dish and smashed it over his head, before he turned and physically assaulted her as well.

Payne has been charged with rape and aggravated assault.
