TWO men have been shot in the head with a nail gun at a Buddhist temple in Sydney’s west this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the temple at Wynyard Avenue, Rossmore just after 3.30pm AEDT, where they found two men with head injuries.
Police said a man in his 30s suffered critical injuries to his forehead and has since been flown to Liverpool Hospital.

A 50-year-old man who lives at the temple was shot behind his right ear and has been transported stable to the same hospital.
It remains unclear whether the shooting was a deliberate act or freak accident.
A crime scene has been established and the Buddhist temple locked-down while police investigate.
