Man shot in leg while driving in Sydney’s southwest

A man is said to have been shot in the leg while driving through Sydney’s southwest overnight.

The man turned up at a service station along Bringelly Road, Rossmore, just after 11.00pm with a gunshot wound to his right leg.

Police have been told a number of shots were also fired at the vehicle he was driving.


The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding his injury, including where it occurred, are continuing.
