Man stabbed to death at Sydney business
A man has been charged with murder over the stabbing death of a man at a business in Sydney’s south west yesterday.
About 11.30am, emergency services were called to a business on Beamish Street at Campsie.
Upon arrival, officers located a 41-year-old man suffering a stab wound to his leg.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to St George Hospital, where he died just after 6.00pm.
A crime scene was established and following investigations, police arrested a 41-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman at an address in Lakemba.
They were taken to Campsie Police Station, where the 41-year-old man was charged with murder and common assault.
The woman was released without charge, however police say inquiries are continuing.
