A MAN is in hospital after being shot at Tweed Heads West on Monday.
Emergency services were called to Kennedy Drive around 4.45am, responding to reports of a shooting.

They found a man, believed to be aged in his 20s, with a gunshot wound to his buttocks.
He was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
A crime scene was setup and a canvass of the area was conducted.
Police are now seeking information about any suspicious activity or vehicles in the vicinity of Kennedy Drive and the Pacific Motorway intersection around 4.40am.
