Man suffers broken bones in violent Sydney home invasion
A man has suffered serious injuries in a violent home invasion in Sydney’s west overnight.
Police say about 6.15pm, three men stormed inside a home in Macquarie Fields and began making threats towards the residents, two men aged 29 and 37.
Two of the intruders then began assaulting the men, leaving the younger man with a broken arm and cuts and bruises to his body.
He was rushed to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Two of the three intruders, aged 28 and 36, have been charged with intimidation, common assault and aggravated break and enter with intent in company.
The third intruder, aged 30, was released pending further inquiries.
