A man has suffered spinal and head injuries after falling about six metres into a water tank at a Biggera Waters building site.
Paramedics were called to area around midday after the man, believed to be in his 30s, fell through a hole into the concrete tank.
Paramedics took about 40 minutes to safely get the man out of the tank.

He suffered minor head and lower back injuries and has been transferred to the Gold Coast Hospital in a stable condition.
It’s understood the incident will be investigated by workplace health and safety authorities.
