A MAN is set to be charged over the death of Brisbane mother, Danielle Miller, whose body was discovered in her home on Saturday.
Detectives arrested a 49-year-old Annerley man earlier today and have confirmed he will be charged with murder later tonight, to face Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.

The mother-of-two is thought to have been killed in her Greenslopes home, with a number of items of interest found in her street by SES volunteers.
EARLIER: A MAN has been arrested and is being questioned by police following the death of mother or two Danielle MIller in Brisbane.
The 49-year old man is currently assisting police with inquiries following the death of 44-year-old Miller, whose body was discovered at a residence in Greenslopes.
Officers attended the Chatsworth Road address at around 5.20pm on October 24 and made the discovery.
A crime scene was established and forensic examinations at the home are ongoing.
The death is being treated as suspicious and investigations are continuing.
Earlier this week, detectives revealed Ms Miller’s handbag, wallet and bank cards were missing from the home where she was found dead.
Police are working with banks to see if any of the cards have been used.
A number of items of interest had been found after SES volunteers scoured the street on Monday in the hope of finding a clue that could help solve Ms Miller’s mysterious death.
