A man will front court just over the border today, accused of a stabbing attack earlier this year.
Emergency services were called to a home along Tyalgum Road in Eungella back on February 7 following reports of a stabbing.
They found the 24-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman with stab wounds at the scene.

Both were airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital in serious condition.
The woman has since been released but is still receiving ongoing treatment.
The man was later transferred to Tweed Heads Hospital under police guard, once he was eventually released, he was arrested.
The man was then taken to Tweed Heads Police Station and charged with attempted murder, intentionally choke person without consent (DV) and wound person intend to cause grievous bodily harm (DV).
He was refused bail and fronted court on February 18, he was then formally refused bail to reappear today, April 16.
