A WOMAN has been charged over a domestic-related stabbing in the affluent Sydney suburb of Lane Cove last night.
About 10.45pm, police were called to a unit block on Epping Road Lane Cove after reports of two people arguing.
When police and NSW Ambulance Paramedics arrived, they found a 45-year-old man with a wound to his chest.

The man has undergone emergency surgery at Royal North Shore Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
The 26-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and taken to Chatswood Police Station where she was charged with wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The woman was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Hornsby Local Court on Tuesday.
