A man has been charged with murder after handing himself into Queensland Police three days after a fatal fight.
The 24-year-old was wanted by detectives over the alleged fatal stabbing of a 20-year-old man in Ingham on January 10.
“On Sunday night around 11.30pm, police will allege a 20-year-old Ingham man was walking along Mcilwraith Street with two females, when a man approached the group,” Qld police said.

“An altercation has occurred between the two men, resulting in the 20-year-old receiving a stab wound to his stomach.”
He was rushed to hospital, however sadly died shortly after arrival.
Following investigations, the 24-year-old man himself in at the Ingham Police Station on Thursday morning.
He has been charged with murder (domestic violence), contravening a domestic violence order and breach of bail conditions.
The man is due to appear in Townsville Magistrate Court today.
