A man with serious wounds has just randomly showed up at a Gold Coast hospital, with authorities unsure as to how he got there.
It’s understood the man appeared at Gold Coast Private Hospital just before 1.00pm, with multiple stab wounds.
He was quickly taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.

Police have confirmed they’re investigating where the man came from and how he got the injuries.
Queensland Ambulance has confirmed that paramedics were involved with the transfer, saying a man had self-presented to Gold Coast Private around 12.48pm before he was taken to the uni hospital for further treatment.
Paramedics were unable to confirm the man’s age or condition.
