Manhunt continues after boy shot during home invasion

Police continue to hunt for two men over a Boxing Day home invasion where a 10-year-old boy was shot.

Two men armed with a gun and a bladed weapon tried to break into the Brown’s Plains home just before 8pm on Tuesday.

The boy’s father confronted the pair and threw a paint can at them before the gun was fired, hitting the boy in the shoulder.
