Man’s body found on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, police confirm

Police have confirmed the discovery of a man’s body on a beach in Sydney.

The body was found on rocks in Dolphin Bay at Whale Beach just before 11am on Sunday.

Police established a crime scene and are conducting inquiries into the man’s death, however say initial investigations suggest the death is not suspicious.

At this stage, the body has not been identified.

Forensic examination will take place to determine whether it is a man who went missing in the area yesterday.
