Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate has launched “Operation Stonefish” after a member of the public filmed one of the deadly sea creatures in the popular Evandale lake.
“We’ll have three divers coming over from SeaWorld (on the morning of Thursday 20 July),” the Mayor told said.
“We will get this critter. It’s dangerous and we will leave no stone un-turned. We will kill him dead.”
