McDonalds bringing popular item to Australia for first time ever!

A much-loved McDonalds food item is launching down under for the first time ever.

McDonalds has announced it’s “deliciously crunchy, golden Onion Rings” will be added to Aussie menus from today.

The onion rings have been a popular treat at McDonalds restaurants around the world, but this is the first time they have ever been sold on home soil.

“For the first time ever, we’ll be serving-up golden Onion Rings at restaurants across the country,” McDonald’s Australia marketing manager Amanda Nakad said.

“Made from Australian onions, this new addition to our menu will be accompanied by a Southern BBQ Sauce.

“Our Onion Rings will also be served on the all-new Aussie Angus burger, combined with 100 per cent Australian Angus beef and bacon as well as cheese, to create a delicious burger we know our customers will enjoy.”

But those hoping to treat their taste-buds to the mouth-watering new treat will have to be quick.

The onion rings will be available for a limited time only, until February 16 to be exact!

Took to long to make, more profit in take away coffee

Yep get in quick before they run out of onions!
When a basic burger meal for a family of 4 cost in excess of $40, fried onions will make it worthwhile.
