It is understood the man entered the Labrador McDonald’s drive-through and placed an order at around 3am on Sunday morning.
He moved on to the second window to pay when it’s alleged he requested to place a second order in which he was told by staff he wasn’t allowed.
The man became agitated and allegedly drove off before returning to the Marine Parade store a short time later armed with a firearm and threatened employees.
The gun was later found to be a replica.
Police were called and arrested a man and his female passenger.
