The four Biggest Loser trainers were forced to jump on the scales on the reality show last night, after spending a week eating and living like their contestants.
They didn’t fair well, with the fast food and no exercise reeking havoc on their healthy and fit bodies.
All the trainers put on some weight, but Michelle Bridges was left shocked after discovering she had gained the most.

The 44-year-old had piled on 7.6kilograms after spending a week with the Jofre family.
“As you can tell I’m pretty p*ssed off,” she said after reading the scales. “Now not only have I got to get the weight off them, I’ve got to get it off myself as well.”
“But we’re not here to start berating you guys on the way in which you’ve lived your lives, it’s done. You’ve lived the life the way you have but right now all of you are at your crossroads, what are you going to do now?”
No doubt Michelle will be putting the family through their paces as payback when TBL Families returns to Channel Ten on Sunday night.
