BEAUTIFUL women from across the country eager to win the title of Miss Galaxy Australia and Miss Teen Galaxy Australia flocked to the Gold Coast this week for the Australia Galaxy Pageant national finals held at Broadbeach.
Last year the pageant raised 80,000 for their charity partner Make-A-Wish foundation. This year the Miss Galaxy Pageant surpassed their goal of $100,000 and raised a staggering $121,826 for both the Make-A-Wish foundation and Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors.

Pageant Winners – Brooke Cairns from Eltham, Victoria took out the crown for Miss Teen Galaxy and raised $1,455.00 and Jessica Martini from Mornington, Victoria was awarded the title Miss Galaxy and raised $1091.25.
Both girls were delighted with their achievements after the long and enduring process and will now have the opportunity to travel to Florida, USA to compete in the global finals.
Both category winners will now attend crucial training up until they depart for the USA, whilst also continuing their fundraising and being active community members and helping out where possible. Miss Galaxy, Attached is a photo of the two overall winners. (MB Imagery and Photography)
The Australia Galaxy Pageant not only includes beauty elements, but also focuses on the development of young woman into successful business women and charity ambassadors through participation in pageant activities such as community fundraising, developing and managing sponsorship opportunities, and undertaking public speaking.
