UPDATE: A 12-YEAR-OLD boy who went missing in Sydney’s inner-west earlier today has been found.
The NSW Police Force released a statement shortly after 5pm AEDT, confirming the boy had been found “safe and well” in Crows Nest.
The details of the circumstances surrounding his disappearance have not been made public.

EARLIER: POLICE are appealing for urgent public assistance to help find a 12-year-old boy reported missing in Sydney’s inner-west.
Luke Dickinson was last seen getting out of his father’s car on the corner of Concord Road and Wilga Street in Concord West at around 10.30am on Saturday.
Luke ran down the street after exiting the car and has not been seen since.
Police say Luke’s father and brother conducted a search of the area, but to no avail.
Dozens of officers are now conducting a thorough canvass of the suburb.
Investigators have been told Luke did not have a mobile phone or wallet in his possession and does not know the Concord area well.
He has been described as having light brown hair, brown/green eyes, braces on his teeth and a mole above the right side of his top lip.
He was wearing a black basketball uniform (black singlet and black shorts with white insignia).
