Missing 13yo girl could be on the Gold Coast

Detectives from the Sunshine Coast are calling on public assistance to locate a 13-year-old girl missing since April 18, who could be on the Gold Coast.

It’s believed the girl left an address on the Sunshine Coast around midday on April 18, intending to travel to Bowen Hills.

Investigations have since indicated that the girl was involved in a physical altercation with another girl that evening in the Woodridge area in Logan.

It’s believed she then got into an unknown vehicle driven by an unknown person, no one has seen the girl since.

She’s known to often use public transport, particularly trains, and has visited Ormeau on the Gold Coast, as well as Bowen Hills and Carseldine.

The missing girl is described as Caucasian, approximately 162 centimetres tall with a proportionate build, dark blonde hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a purple/reddish crop top.

Investigators are hoping to speak to anyone who might have information about the vehicle or person that she left with.

She has gone missing before, but usually returns after several days.
