Missing man Barir Hussein may be on the Gold Coast, police say

A MISSING man who has not been seen or heard from in seven days may be on the Gold Coast.

Barir Hussein, 21, was last seen at a caravan park on Riverhills Road in Eagleby around 5.45pm on Thursday, February 8, and has since been seen or heard from since.

Both police and Mr Hussein’s family hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.


Police say it is possible Mr Hussein may have recently travelled to the Gold Coast.

He is described as having a tanned complexion and being around 167cm tall with brown eyes, dark hair in a crew cut and earrings in each ear.

Mr Hussein was last seen wearing a singlet with black shorts and sneakers.
