Sadly, their bodies were found in bushland near Samaria, 35km from where they went missing on Saturday.

Police found the women deceased roughly one kilometre away from their white Yaris which was located near Aquila Rise, an extension of Exton Road, around 4.30pm.

“The exact circumstances surrounding their deaths are yet to be determined, however, at this time police do not do not believe it is suspicious,” Victoria Police said in a statement.

“Police would like to thank all those involved in the search for their assistance along with members of the public and media for their support and information.”
