More exposure sites identified in Queensland

Anyone who’s recently been to the Sunshine Coast is being asked to check some new exposure sites there.

Queensland Health has added a number of locations to the list of venues of concern, in relation to a previous positive case of the virus.

It’s understood their infectious period has had to be revised, revealing more contact tracing locations in Kenilworth, Noosa, Eumundi and Sunshine Beach.

“We are asking all Queenslanders to regularly monitor the list of exposure venues on the Queensland Health website and follow the public health advice,” Queensland Health’s update reads.

“For these venues, anyone who has been to a venue within the identified timeframe should get tested and isolate until they receive a negative result.

“Also complete the contact tracing form on the website.”

The new locations include a general store, a bakery, a BWS, a Big W and a shopping centre across June 28 and 29.
