Plenty of rain has fallen in parts of the Gold Coast over the last day, as the east coast of Australia continues to cop a drenching.
Flood warnings remain in place for much of the southern and western parts of the state, but not for the Gold Coast just yet.
Most of the heavy rain systems now look to have moved off the coast, but we can still expect passing showers today.

Over the last 24 hours, areas in the hinterland have received the most amount of rain.
Springbrook has seen around 62 millimetres fall, while Upper Springbrook recorded 71 millimetres.
The Bureau is warning up to 50 millimetres could fall in parts of the Gold Coast throughout today.
