Police have seized more than $500,000 worth of ICE from a Brisbane home.
Officers from State Crime Command’s Drug and Serious Crime Group, assisted by police officers from Brisbane Region executed a search warrant at the Darra address yesterday, where they located two kilograms of methylamphetamine (ice), worth in excess of $500,000 and a small illicit drug laboratory
As a result, a 60-year-old Darra man has been charged with a total of seven offences including produce dangerous drugs, and possess dangerous drugs. He is due to appear in the Richlands Magistrates Court today in relation to the charges.

“The production and trafficking of methylamphetamine is a high priority for the Queensland Police Service and part of the Drug and Serious Crime Group’s commitment to disrupting these drug trafficking networks throughout Queensland,” Detective Inspector Mark Slater of the Drug and Serious Crime Group said.
