Morning train commuters warned of lengthy delays

TRAIN commuters are being warned to brace for delays on two separate lines this morning.

Gold Coast and Beenleigh line trains were brought to a halt about 7.30am after a car reportedly stopped on the tracks at Sunnybank.

In a statement a short time ago, Translink confirmed trains have since resumed in both directions following the incident.
