Motorcyclist dies after being thrown from bike in NSW

A man has died after being thrown from his motorbike in a horror crash on the NSW South Coast this morning.

The accident occurred just after 8.10am at the intersection of The Wool Road and Larmer Avenue at Sanctuary Point.

Police said initial investigations suggest the rider was ejected from the bike while negotiating a roundabout.

Despite desperate attempts by paramedics, the man died at the scene.

Investigations into the events leading up to the crash are ongoing.
