A motorcyclist is in a serious condition in hospital after a nasty crash on the M1 last night.
It’s understood he came off his bike while travelling southbound through the Helensvale stretch around 7.00pm.
Paramedics briefly treated the man at the scene, before transporting him to hospital.

The Queensland Ambulance Service has confirmed he suffered leg and hand injuries.
He’s believed to be in a serious but stable condition at the Gold coast University Hospital.
No other injuries were reported from the incident.
