Motorcyclists injured after crashing into kangaroo on Gold Coast
Two people have been taken to hospital after a motorbike collided with a kangaroo in the Gold Coast hinterland this morning.
The accident happened on Tamborine Mountain Road in Tamborine just before 5.30am.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and treated two people.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson told myGC they managed to escape with only minor injuries.
The pair, whose age and genders are not known, have been taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions.
