Motorists urged to avoid ‘serious accident’ in Brisbane’s CBD
Motorists are being urged to avoid the scene of a serious accident in Brisbane’s CBD.
Just before 11.00am, emergency services were called to the intersection of Adelaide and Albert Streets after a pedestrian was hit by a truck.
Paramedics treated a man, aged in his 80s, at the scene before transporting him to the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

His injuries are currently unknown, however Queensland Ambulance confirmed he was transported in a stable condition.
