There are major traffic delays around Brisbane this morning after a massive fire broke out on a busy road.
Multiple emergency crews were called to Old Cleveland Road in Capalaba just before 4.30 am, following reports of a structure fire.
At 7.00 am, around three businesses had been destroyed by the blaze, which was spreading along with a group of shops.

Crews were still struggling to contain the flames, which was spreading through the roof structures.
Smoke is also affecting much of the nearby areas of Birkdale and Wellington Point, with residents urged to close their windows and doors.
Several roads have been closed as crews battle the blaze, including Old Cleveland Road, Mount Gravatt Capalaba Road and Old Cleveland Road East.
Some other local road closures are also in place.
Motorists are being urged to pack their patience and drive to the conditions.
