A number of Gold Coast suburbs can expect water interruptions today, with council carrying out various works.
Residents along Queensland Avenue in Broadbeach may have issues between 6.00am and 8.00am, with the water shutdown for meter replacement.
Between 9.00am and 2.00pm, Ormeau residents may experience outages as council crews work on a water main.

It may affect homes along Yarwood Crescent and Ormeau Ridge Road in particular.
Crews are also conducting service connection works in Bonogin, which will affect residents along Hersden Court and Bonogin Road between 9.00am and 2.00pm.
Properties along the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach may experience problems again today, with work continuing to replace a faulty valve.
Same story for Sunbrite Avenue and Hedges Avenue as well.
Council has warned that if anyone experiences water outages, the colour of the tap water may appear discoloured.
Residents are urged to run the water until it is clear.
