A number of Gold Coast suburbs are set to experience water interruptions today, as council carries out various works around the city.
Unplanned water repairs are taking place in Yatala this morning, affecting homes along the Old Pacific Highway, Macpherson Road and Ozkleen Place until midday.
Planned outages are happening in Southport throughout the day, which could see interruptions to homes along Greer Terrace, Winchester Street, Ferry Road, Harcourt Crescent and Dixon Drive.

That’s due to repair works on a failed sewer main in the area.
While Ward Street in Southport could also be affected due to works on a water main connection between 9am and 2pm.
A meter replacement is happening in Burleigh Heads, with homes along Cassowary Drive warned of water interruptions between 9am and 2pm as well.
A new connection is being installed at Hope Island, which might affect Grant Avenue, Azimut Crescent, North View Street, Benetti Crescent, Lurssesn Crescent, Intrepid Street, Bently Crescent, Catana Crescent, Bulgari Crescent, Fraser Crescent, View Line Terrace, Ferretti Crescent and Ancora Crescent.
Pimpama homes along Trump Street, Perger Street, McVeigh street and Cox Road may experience water problems due to a new connection there.
That’ll happen sometime between 9am and 2pm.
While later on, sewer night works will take place in Surfers Paradise, affecting residents along Riverview Pde, Cypress Ave, Remeberence Drive and Ferny Ave.
