Multiple killed in mass stabbing attack in Japan
At least 19 people have been killed and more than 40 injured in a stabbing attack at a disabled care facility in Japan.
The horrifying incident occurred around 2.30am local time on Tuesday, when a knife-wielding man went on a rampage inside the building which is situated in the city of Sagamihara, just outside Tokyo.
The suspect, aged in his 20s, has reportedly handed himself into police, local media say.
He is believed to be an ex-employee of the care facility.
