An Ipswich mother has been charged, over the alleged murder over her nine-month-old son last year.
Paramedics discovered the baby’s body at a home in Raceview in Ipswich back in June 2019, before a major investigation was launched.
A 34-year-old woman has now been charged with multiple offences, with police alleging she neglected her baby, and her two other children who were then aged four.

She’ll face court on Thursday.
Detective Acting Superintendent David Briese says investigations are still continuing.
“I’m also appealing for a 41-year-old man who was residing at the address where the deceased child was found, we’re appealing for him to come forward, we would like to speak to him further and we believe he can assist us.
“We’ll be alleging that he was the partner of the female who is the mother of the children.
“At this point in time there has been a number of medical tests, pathology report – we’ll be alleging the cause of death was as a result of neglect.
“There was no great breakthrough, just a meticulous management and investigation since the 21st of June last year,” Superintendent Briese said.
