Murdered mother and daughter Karlie Pearce-Stevenson and Khandalyce Pearce will be farewelled by loved ones today almost seven years after their tragic deaths.
The joint service will be conducted in their home town of Alice Springs.
It comes five years after Karlie’s body was found buried in the Belanglo State Forest in NSW and five months after the remains of her two-year-old daughter were discovered dumped on the side of a highway near Wynarka, east of Adelaide.

Daniel Holdom has been charged with Ms Pearce-Stevenson’s murder.
No-one has been charged over the death of Khandalyce.
