A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays for motorists at Broadbeach Waters this afternoon.
The accident happened on Hooker Boulevard, just outside Pacific Fair Shopping Centre around 3.40pm.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads said the crash was westbound towards Nerang.
One lane has been blocked with peak hour traffic quickly banking up.
No one is believed to have been injured.
