THERE are concerns for a woman who was seen being dragged off the road in western Sydney.
Officers were called to Borrowdale Way in Cranebrook just before 1.30pm on Friday, after a member of the public saw a woman running onto the road between vehicles.
The witness has told police a man then grabbed the woman and dragged her off the road.

Officers from Penrith Local Area Command carried out a search of the area, but were unable to locate the woman or the vehicle.
It’s unknown at this stage whether the incident is suspicious.
As inquiries continue, police are appealing for public assistance to identify the woman and establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
She is described as being aged in her early 20s, approximately 165cm tall, with a solid build and blonde hair. It’s believed she was wearing knee-length denim shorts or skirt and an orange t-shirt.
The man is described as being approximately 183cm tall, with olive skin, muscular build and black beard. He was wearing a white shirt, denim shorts and a baseball cap.
Police have been told the vehicle was a dark-coloured sedan.
Investigators are urging anyone with information that can assist with their inquiries to come forward.
