NAB customers fuming after bank experiences another major service outage

National Australia Bank customers have taken to social media to express their frustration after the bank experienced another major service outage today, the third in just one week.

Since 9.00am, NAB customers have reportedly been unable to access internet and mobile banking.

A spokesperson for the company took to Twitter to acknowledge they were experiencing problems.

“We seem to be having some issues this morning – really sorry everyone, we’ll have an update soon,” they wrote.

“We apologise to everyone experiencing issues today, the team is working to bring services back online as quickly as possible.”

One customer wrote that yesterday he was left stranded at a grocery store because his card did not work, and was again today left red faced whilst trying to pay for his car service.

NAB has advised that services are starting to come back online and should be fully restored shortly.
