Nan finds her granddaughter’s lost necklace on Social Media
SOCIAL MEDIA has reunited a grandmother with her granddaughter’s lost necklace on the Gold Coast.
Amy Morgan found the necklace (pictured) at Robina Town Centre on Wednesday and after several failed attempts in locating its rightful owner, she took to social media on Thursday night.
Amy said the heart had some personal engraving on both sides, including the name “Zoe”.
“I would love to get this back to its owner as it looks very sentimental,” she said.
Gold Coast Weather & News Together shared the story on Facebook and within two hours, the necklace’s owner, Robyn Walker, had come forward.
Robyn said she never even realised it was missing until she recognised the jewellery in the photo.
Zoe is Robyn’s granddaughter.
“OMG this is mine!” Robyn commented.
“I hadn’t even realised I had lost it and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the photo.
