Police are investigating after a home invasion in Woodridge turned violent, resulting in a neighbour being shot.
Initial information suggests that around 7am four men entered a Forest Street unit, one armed with a firearm, the others with bats and other implements.
Two men and a woman at the unit were threatened with one man being punched. The four men then left.

A male neighbour challenged the four men and during an altercation the neighbour was shot in the arm.
He is currently receiving treatment for a non-life threatening injury.
Investigations are continuing at the scene.
