New lead in search for missing Coomera man

It’s believed a missing Coomera man may have made his way to a nearby town, after crashing his ute near the Queensland-NSW border.

Fears are growing for the welfare of Jamie Hardgraves (pictured) as he has not been seen or heard from since last Tuesday, May 17.

The 43-year-old was last seen at Thiedke Road at Beaudesert. While Police have today confirmed he was also spotted at a Springwood service station that night.

His silver Ford ute (pictured below) was found on the side of Stanthorpe-Texas Road early the next day. It looked as though it had been involved in a crash.

Information from a member of the public has led police to believe Mr Hardgraves managed to make his way to the Stanthorpe area.

Mr Hardgraves is described as Caucasian, about 175cm tall, proportionate build, short straight sandy hair with blue eyes.
