A WHITE police officer responsible for choking and killing a black male suspect has been freed of all charges.
For the second time in less than two weeks a jury has recommended that NYPD officer, Daniel Pantaleo, should not be prosecuted for the death of Eric Garner.
Garner, a 43-year-old father of six, was stopped by officers after they suspected him of selling illegal, untaxed cigarettes.

Controversy broke out after Officer Pantaleo was criticised for using an illegal ‘choke hold’ on the suspect which was caught on camera by a by-stander.
A United States grand jury found the officer not responsible for the death of Garner as it is alleged he had health problems including asthma and obesity which contributed to his death.
Angry protests and rally’s have commenced in Staten Island following the news.
