No conscience: Woman steals more than $20k from charity

A heartless thief has been charged with stealing more than $20,000 from a charity on the NSW Central Coast.

Police say the woman allegedly fundraised between $15,000 to $20,000 between 2013 and 2016 but did not provide any of the money to the charity, as promised.

Officers launched an investigation after receiving a tip-off and executed a search warrant at a home in Bateau Bay in July where they located charity-related items including fraudulent raffle tickets.
