North Korea fires ballistic missile that ‘may have landed in Japan’s exclusive economic zone’

Japan has ordered an emergency meeting of cabinet ministers after another provocative move from North Korea.

The rogue nation fired a ballistic missile late on Tuesday, that landed in the sea near Japan.

US and South Korean officials have confirmed the latest provocative activity from North Korea, with the Pentagon “assessing the situation”.

It’s the first launch from Pyongyang since it fired a missile over Japan in mid-September.
